At Sweatastic, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your premium activewear purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy.

Return Policy:

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any item for a refund.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please submit your request here with your order details and a description of the issue.

• Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label(only  for NCR cities) for easy return shipping.

• Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 1 business days to the original method of payment.

Replacement Policy:

• In addition to our return policy, we offer a 90-day replacement policy for any defective or damaged items.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 90 days of purchase to request a replacement.

• To initiate a replacement, please submit request here with your order details and a description of the issue.

• Once your replacement request is approved, we will ship out a replacement item to you at no additional cost (only NCR cities).

• You may be required to return the defective or damaged item using a prepaid shipping label provided by us.

Terms and Conditions:

• All returns and replacements are subject to inspection upon receipt to ensure they meet our return and replacement criteria.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements if items are not in their original condition or do not meet our return policy requirements.

• Refunds for returned items will be issued for the purchase price minus any shipping charges incurred.

• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Any refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
