Welcome to the Sweatastic Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Modification of Terms: Sweatastic reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to review these terms regularly.

2. Affiliate Eligibility: Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Affiliates must also have a valid bank account for receiving payments.

3. Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate and payment structure will be detailed in the affiliate dashboard.

4. KYC Requirements: Affiliates are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for earnings exceeding ₹20,000. This process includes providing valid identification and bank details.

5. Payment Terms: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the minimum payout threshold of ₹5000 is met. Payments are made via bank transfer or other methods specified by Sweatastic.

6. Tax Liabilities: Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax liabilities. Sweatastic is not liable for any tax-related issues arising from affiliate earnings.

7. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to generating fake sales, using spam to promote links, or misrepresenting Sweatastic products.

8. Promotion Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Misleading advertisements, false claims, or any form of deceptive marketing is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination: Sweatastic reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use Sweatastic’s logos, banners, and promotional materials provided in the affiliate dashboard. Unauthorized use of Sweatastic’s intellectual property is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality: Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and must not disclose any information to third parties without prior written consent from Sweatastic.

12. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweatastic from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the affiliate program.

13. Limitation of Liability: Sweatastic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the affiliate’s participation in the program.
